Camp Rocky Creek Camp Counselor

General Counselor (GC): Serve as a role model and provide supervision and programming to campers ranging from 6-17 years old.

GC Aquatics and Waterfront focus: This position specializes as a lifeguard and instruct at our pool and waterfront. All certifications necessary can be completed through the YMCA.

GC Adventure focus: This position specializes in various adventure-based classes (low ropes courses, high ropes, general team building, zipline and rock climbing). The YMCA covers the cost of training, your only requirement is to not have a fear of heights.

Target & Land Sports Specialist: This position will instruct archery, sling shots, and other recreational sports. The YMCA covers the cost of training

Arts and Craft Specialist: This position will create unique and quality crafts, drawing and painting aspects and all things crafty. The position may be overnight or day.

Outdoor Education Specialist: This position will create various outdoor education-based classes including survival, ecology, nature hikes and water studies. May be overnight or day.

Coordinator: Ensure well-rounded classes and experiences are offered to all age campers for their assigned activities. Provide in-house reviews (after initial training) of activity procedures.

• Aquatics: Oversees the Aquatics & Waterfront Specialists and any other lifeguards.
• Adventure: Oversees the Adventure Specialists and Target/Sports specialists.

Cooks: Assist in the preparation, serving, and cleaning up of all meals for campers and staff during the summer program

Drivers: responsible for the safe transportation of campers and staff using company vehicles

Kids Korner Staff

Part-time morning and evening positions available for Kids Korner, our child watch while members workout.  Must enjoy working with children including infants and a minimum of two years experience preferred.  Morning hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm and evening hours are Wednesdays and Fridays 3:30pm to 7:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 11:30am with the possibility of other evenings.

Child Care Teachers

The Lebanon YMCA is hiring childcare teachers!  Full-time and part-time school aged childcare positions are available at South Lebanon Elementary, Cornwall Elementary, Lingle Elementary, Northern Lebanon SD, and the YMCA location in Lebanon as well as our Childcare Centers.  We are searching for passionate individuals to be a part of our before and after school childcare staff to include half-day kindergarten at South Lebanon and Lingle Elementary. The Arnold Early Learning Center and Rainbow Learning Centers also have positions available.  Candidates must have an associate or bachelor’s degree to qualify or 2500 hours of documented childcare experience. Youth Center Mentor

Dynamic individuals needed to support the Youth Program Director in establishing a safe place for Lebanon youth in grades 6^th through 12^th. Staff will be responsible for encouraging socialization, exercise, learning, and play while incorporating the YMCA’s mission and core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility into the work of the Youth Center.

Lifeguard

Come join the Lebanon YMCA team! This is a great job for students 16 years of age and older. Part-time morning, afternoon, and weekend lifeguard positions available at the Lebanon YMCA. Must be CPR and First Aid certified.
