2025-2026 Intent to Enroll Lebanon YMCA SACC Program
Registration opens on Monday, April 14th, at 7:00am!

This form is for the fall of 2025-26 School Year. By completing this form, it does not guarantee you space into our program. You will receive an email from childcare@lebanonymca.org, confirming your spot in our program. Please take 2 minutes and complete the form below.

School Year 2025/2026

SACC provides children with exciting activities that encourage physical, mental and social growth. The program includes an afternoon snack and care is available at the YMCA or one of the SACC locations on teacher in-service days, parent/teacher conference days, snow days and non-major holidays.

All SACC locations are licensed by the Department of Human Services and participate in the STARS program. For registration information call 717-376-1384.

Cornwall-Lebanon

Cornwall (K – 5th Grade)
6:30am – 9:00am & 3:30pm – 6:00pm

Ebenezer (K – 5th Grade)
6:30am – 9:00am & 3:30pm-6:00pm

South Lebanon (K – 5th Grade)
6:30am – 9:00am & 3:30pm – 6:00pm

*Minimum enrollment must be met for program to operate.

Lebanon City

Harding (K – 5^th Grade)

Henry Houck (K – 5th Grade)

Southeast (K – 5^th Grade)

Southwest (K – 5th Grade)

Northwest (K – 5th Grade)

6:30-8:15am & 3:30-6:00pm

*All care is provided at the Lebanon YMCA

*Transportation is provided by the school district to/from Southeast and Southwest and the Lebanon YMCA provides transportation to/from Harding, Henry Houck and Northwest.
