High energy fun class held in the shallow end giving a complete body workout all set to the fabulous sounds of the 50’s.
Advanced class held in the shallow end with bursts of intense exercises followed by short rest periods.

Shallow water workout focusing on cardio & strength. Every Friday, a new challenge will personally be selected by the instructor.
An extreme cardio workout geared to increase stamina! (Advanced: Must be able to swim 50 meters)
Competitive swimmers train together to encourage one another. Daily swim – 3,000 meters

This “high energy” class is for the FAST-PACED INDIVIDUAL looking for an extreme cardio workout. Class held in the shallow end.
Held in the shallow end, easy to follow, great for beginners or individuals needing to move at a slower pace.

Travel forwards/backwards/sideways – all to build endurance & balance. This class can be for beginner all the way to advanced. Each individual works at their own pace.
All bets are off in this Deep Class at 11:00 am on Wednesdays. Each week, workouts will offer different challenges.

The YMCA will be using Picktime on Monday and Wednesday from 8:00AM – 12:00PM, Friday from 9:00AM – 12:00PM and on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00AM-10:15AM for lap lane sign-ups. Other times will be open lap lanes and will not require sign-ups on Picktime. See pool schedule for specific days, times and number of lanes available.
