Camp Rocky Creek Registration

How to register for camp:

  1. Click on the yellow ACCOUNT LOGIN button below.  On the left-hand side of your screen, if you already have an account, click on sign-in.  Existing users will enter their email address and password.  If you forgot your password, click on forgot password to recover.  If you do not have an account, click on create an account.  When you click on create an account, fill in all the fields on the screen.
  2. Under login, if you receive an error screen that says the following, This name/birthdate already on file.  Cannot add this name, you will need to call the Membership Desk at 717-273-2691 to have a current/working email added to your account before you can proceed.
  3. Once you sign-in to your account or create an account, you will click on your child’s name.  Then you will click on the SEARCH button.
  4. You MUST pay the one-time application fee per camper first before you can register for any camps.  This is located at the top of the screen this is listed as One Time Application Fee.  Click on the box where it says Select Programs to Register.  Scroll to bottom of the page and click on CLICK HERE AFTER SELECTING PROGRAM(S).  Make sure a current/working email address is entered on the next screen, then click the CONTINUE button and then click on the ADD TO CART button.  Click on the PROCEED TO CHECK OUT button.  Pay the $25 fee.  Camps will then be open for you to register. Camps will not be open if you do not pay the application fee first.  Then you will click on the search button.
  5. Click on the boxes next to the camp/camps you want to register for.  Scroll to bottom of the page and click on CLICK HERE AFTER SELECTING PROGRAM(S).
  6. Make sure a current/working email address is entered on each screen.  Click the CONTINUE button.
  7. You will be given separate prompts for each camp selected.  You must add each week to the cart to pay the required deposit for each week of camp you registered for.  Each week will show on a separate screen.  You will click on the ADD TO CART button on each screen.
  8. You will see a total in the cart after all weeks are added.
  9. Click PROCEED TO CHECK OUT and pay balance due.
  10. You will get a receipt of payment through email.
  11. You will then receive notification through CampDoc to fill out the required camp forms.
