Requirements:

CDA, Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
2 years prior experience (Early Childhood)
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Description: The YMCA has an exciting opportunity at our Arnold Early Learning Center! We are looking for Assistant Group Supervisors and Group Supervisors who want to support parents and children through the developmental milestones that occur in the first years of life. We are looking for an individual that has patience and enthusiasm with infants and toddlers and with aptitude to be positive and encouraging with parents.
