Requirements:

CDA, Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
2 years prior experience (Early Childhood)
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Description: The YMCA has an exciting opportunity at Rainbow Learning Center! We are looking for Assistant Group Supervisors and Group Supervisors who want to support parents and children through the developmental milestones that occur in the first years of life. We are looking for an individual that has patience and enthusiasm with infants and toddlers and with aptitude to be positive and encouraging with parents.

Exemplary attendance, all staff trainings and all other qualifying requirements below must be met to be eligible for bonuses.

My Y is Every Y

Now, full facility/full privilege members will have access rights to all YMCAs Nationwide. Members should bring their YMCA ID card and a photo ID card to access another Y. Some restrictions may apply depending on the YMCA and membership category such as youth and seniors. Members are encouraged to check with the Y they plan to visit ahead of time to learn the specifics.
