Camp Financial Aid

The YMCA has made a commitment not to turn anyone away due to the inability to pay.  We want youth to experience everything camp has to offer, so if you cannot afford the cost of our lowest tier, you can apply for additional assistance by completing a YCRC Scholarship Application.

We provide financial scholarships that cover any of the following:

Overnight Camps

• Resident Camp, Res-Light Camp, Teen Extreme
• Requests for assistance with overnight gear, such as sleeping bags

Day Camps

• Adventure Day Camp, Teen Adventure Camp
• Transportation from Lebanon, Palmyra, Lancaster, and East Petersburg Areas
• Extended Care
• Wednesday Sleep Overs

Most Scholarships range from 10%-75% off your camp registration based on your submitted income & expenses. Every family requires different assistance, and we will do our best to provide a variety of options that will allow your child(ren) to participate in our camp program!  If you have any questions, call Camp at (717) 450-3565 or email at campadmin@lebanonymca.org.

Scholarship Application

Families that live in Lebanon City can also utilize our C.A.M.P Nomination Form to apply for Full Scholarships

Nomination forms must be completed by either a member of the community or a teacher/principle/guidance counselor of the child’s school.

Children selected for the C.A.M.P. Program will receive a full scholarship to attend along with all the supplies needed for either:

Day Camp

• A water bottle, rain poncho, drawstring bag, sunscreen, bug spray, bathing suit, towel, and flip flops (for pool use).
• Transportation or extended care costs included in camp program.

Overnight Camp

• A sleeping bag, flashlight, shower toiletries, water bottle, rain poncho, drawstring bag, sunscreen, bug spray, bathing suit, towel, and flip flops (for pool use).

Please remember to submit the Financial Aid Scholarship Application with the nomination form when applying.
