Camper Requirements for an Outdoor Camp Experience

For a child to successfully attend camp, they should have basic skills in self-care, communication, behavior management and independence (appropriate to their age). These skills allow campers to participate in group activities and navigate the camp environment while engaging with other children and counselors effectively. To set your camper up for success please ensure that they have the ability to do the following requirements.

Camp Forms

CampDoc is an electronic health record system for camps and will help us consolidate and integrate camper health information into a centralized secure location. Their system gives our nurses instant access to camper health information, a key component to providing care for your camper.

A link to our CampDoc system will be sent out by March 2, if you have registered by March 1. If you register after March 1, you will receive a link to your forms within 2 weeks of registering. All forms are due for registered campers by June 1. If you register after June 1, our office staff will provide a deadline for you to complete your forms.
